I started making wedding cakes in 1997 and have always dreamed of opening my own dessert shop. I've worked as a pastry chef at a local restaurant from 2005-2013, making a variety of delicious desserts such as a rich chocolate mousse, a range of different pies, and dessert shooters.
With a flair for unique desserts and my passion for cake decorating, I have now been able to expand my pastry artistry to its full potential. Let me create that special dessert experience for whatever event you are planning.
